30 April 2012Abstract submission deadline
1 July 2012Early registration deadline

The call for abstracts for the Darwin meeting of the Oceania section of the Society for Conservation Biology is open until April 30th.  The next International Congress for Conservation Biology won't take place until July 2013 so this is a great chance to meet with your Society for Conservation Biology colleauges in 2012!

Society for Conservation Biology in Darwin represents a great opportunity to participate in many of the big issues in conservation in our region – we are expecting some stimulating discussion on issues like Indigenous land and sea management, carbon markets and conservation and marine planning.

We would be delighted to receive proposals for abstracts by 30th April 2012 at the following site: http://oscb2012.org/callforabstracts.

We are arranging some inspiring speakers, highly topical debates and a range of sponsorship packages that will bring down costs. We are also happy to receive indications of interest from potential sponsors and exhibitors. Please email arminda@dreamedia.com.au.
